The Dremenia Wellness XL comes in an extra large and specially reinforced design to withstand chamber pressures of up to 1.5 bar even with such a comfortable size. Each chamber is pressure tested by us in Germany. Safety is our top priority! The protective cover is included and pre-assembled by us.

Hyperbaric oxygen treatments are not used as a miracle cure for ageing - "to turn back the clock" - there is no way to reverse ageing, but what HBO can do is improve the body as a system to experience ageing with grace.
